At the Mariposario, we want every visitor to enjoy their time to the fullest.
An outdoor parking space is specially reserved for people with disabilities, and the entire park is fully accessible for wheelchairs.
This way, young and old alike can experience the magical world of butterflies in complete comfort.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the Mariposario, except for assistance dogs.
But we haven’t forgotten our furry friends!
To make the visit easier for all our customers, the park offers a free outdoor dog kennel service in a quiet, shaded and protected area, so that everyone can fully enjoy their experience at the Mariposario.
