Butterflies

Around 1,500 butterflies from tropical areas around the world fly around the Butterfly Garden. As their average lifespan is only 2-3 weeks, you will always find new species in the garden. Over 150 different species can be seen throughout the year.
Thanks to the fact that many species reproduce in the park itself, in addition to butterflies, it is possible to observe other phases of their biological cycle, such as eggs and caterpillars, or behaviours such as delicate mating dances and copulation. Every day we have new births, so don’t miss the unique opportunity to see them emerge from their chrysalis and spread their wings. You can witness their first flight after metamorphosis.

Although species from all over the world coexist in the same space in the butterfly house, there is no conflict or competition between them.

The conditions inside the flight area are those of their original habitats, with 80% relative humidity and a temperature of 24-29ºC.
